What Is the End Result of Divorce Mediation? 

The completion of your divorce mediation process will be the finalization of your divorce agreement. Your divorce agreement is a mutual and collaborative document which outlines all aspects of your separation and clearly states the terms you and your spouse have agreed upon.
The final agreement will then be submitted to the court to complete your divorce. 

Your divorce agreement will address the following issues: 

• Division of assets- You and your spouse will each prepare a list of all assets you acquired as a married couple, and all assets acquired by each of you before your union. As your Massachusetts divorce mediators we will work together with you to arrange an equal and fair division.
